It is possible for a signatory to sign a document with different capacities (chairman, shareholder, ...). This will generate multiple signing links for the same signer. This often leads to confusion for the signer: He or she receives several emails to sign the same document. Things get really complicated when several documents are signed at the same time (in a briefcase).
To fix this and to make it easier to use the briefcase with Silverfin documents, the following has been changed:
If the same(*) person signs a Silverfin document several times with different capacities, this person is considered in OK!Sign as one signer. Thus, there is only one signature link for this signer. It makes it easier to bundle multiple Silverfin documents into one briefcase so that each signer receives exactly one signing link and can easily sign all documents in the briefcase. No more multiple emails per signer! (*) This is a signer with same name and email address.
Note:
If the name or email address is missing in Silverfin, the contact list is checked in OK!Sign and if the same contact is found (with the same name or email address) then these contact details are used.
The quality gets the value n/a (not applicable). This is not a problem as the quality is already mentioned in the document.
